Small Business Lead Teacher Full time - Non-Exempt Reports To: Director of Entrepreneurship and Sustainability Qualifications : Experience: entrepreneurship experience recommended, classroom experience recommended, experience in engaging a wide age-range of learners Key Skills: engaging personality, ability to lead, problem solving, event organization, classroom management, working knowledge of entrepreneurship Required Education: bachelor's degree or equivalent ODE Non-Tax License Duties/Description : Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy is seeking a small business lead manager who will work directly with students to ideate and create unique business models and then to assist in taking those models directly to implementation stage. Acting as a teacher and mentor, this individual will directly oversee the brand-new CHCA Startup Accelerator (beginning fall 2023) and play a pivotal role in the future growth of the program, especially regarding grade 11 and 12 students. Primary Responsibilities : Run and manage CHCA startup accelerator with emphasis on grade 11 and 12 students Directly manage and oversee the Leaning Eagle Coffee Bar business Directly manage and oversee the small startup community (Eagle Pizza Co., Fine Dining Experience, new opportunities) Teach Advanced Investing and start student-run endowment fund Oversee a brand-new tech startup Facilitate internships for CHCA students both in-person and virtual Monitor capstone projects for Entrepreneurship Certificate Work with financial literacy and advanced investing students as teacher on record Essential functions under the Americans with Disabilities Act may include any of the duties, knowledge and skills listed above.
