JOIN OUR TEAM! We are looking for a Therapist to join our Outpatient Therapy Team. The Staff Therapist carries clinical responsibility for patients assigned for intake, evaluation and treatment. This position is based out of our Center location or our Terrace Ridge location under the supervision of the Chief Operating Officer. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Collaborates clinically with other staff and participates with them in evaluating the services and planning future goals and objectives May participate in additional responsibilities in special areas of interest Supports and facilitates an environment that is both safe and promotes optimal trauma informed care. WHAT YOU'LL NEED: Master's degree in related field required. LMHC or LISW licensure in State of Iowa is required. Prefer previous experience in the field of mental health, including individual and group therapy. Excellent public relations skills required Excellent written & verbal communications skills required WHO YOU ARE: Humble.
