Overtime available Job Title: HVAC Apprentice We have an immediate opening for a HVAC Apprentice to join our team, someone looking to build a career in the HVAC industry. We are a Carrier factory-authorized dealer and provide company hand-on paid training, and dealer training for professional and person career growth! Position Summary: To install & service heating and air conditioning systems to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience. Qualifications: Valid driver's license & insurable driving record EPA certification or acquire within 6 months of employment Willingness to invest time in training seminars and classes including NATE Certifications Demonstrate mechanical aptitude Follow directions as given, written and verbal Basic Safety knowledge of tools and surroundings & comply with ALL SAFETY RULES Safe use of ladders Understand how to use a tape measure Ability to cut & drill holes Ability to work independently and as a team Ability to carry 100 pounds with assistance Arrive on time daily Commitment to developing customer service skills Willingness to invest in tools used in the service of HVAC equipment High school diploma or equivalent Pass background check and drug screen Certificate of Completion from a HVAC Technical School desired Construction, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or similar industry experience desired service, service technician, service tech lead, journeyman service technician, tech, technician, journeyman tech, journeyman technician, service tech, top technician, top tech, top service technician, top service tech, hvac service technician, hvac technician, hvac tech
