UAS Field RN COME WORK FOR THE LEADING, LOCAL MANAGED CARE COMPANY - VILLAGE CARE! VillageCare is looking for a self-motivated, passionate RN's for this Per Diem Nurse Assessor role. This position is flexible in schedule, build your own day! The Nurse Assessor conducts comprehensive assessments of all aspects of potential new members' condition out in the field - clinical, social, and environmental to determine the level of services needed to appropriately keep member safe in the community. We would like to speak to those who have a current unrestricted NYS RN license along with 1+ year home care, hospice, or field based case management experience is preferred. Proficiency in use of UAS-NY required. Must have the ability to travel within a designated geographic area for in-person case management activities. Prior MLTC/ Managed Medicaid/MAP/FIDA experience preferred. There are many benefits to working for VillageCare.
