Casteel Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Electrical is looking for an energetic employee with a very high sense of urgency to be the go-to person our field employees can rely on. Our warehouse department is a fast-paced atmosphere with a lot of demand coming from the field. Having good customer service skills is an important trait for this candidate. Responsibilities and Duties Place, arrange, and maintain inventory in the warehouse and display area. Perform any and all physical requirements necessary to move and lift inventory. Operate efficiently warehouse material handling equipment. Assist with warehouse duties. Maintain very accurate records. Maintain a clean and organized workstation. All other assigned duties. Daily audits of HVAC jobs to verify accuracy. Filing warranty claims in a timely manner. Qualifications and Skills Must be 18 years or older Experience in a large-scale, warehouse/distribution center environment is preferred, but not required. Forklift experience preferred. Must be able to stand for shift duration, lift, push, pull, and move items up to 100lbs using proper safety methods Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong communication and listening skills.
