About the position- The Assistant Construction Manager is in charge of estimating and bidding, project specific documents, as well as other project related items. Manage construction management software Utilize construction management software for submittal exchange, contracts, SOV's, and ASI's Create and manage digital project folders Oversee hardware submittals, orders, and communications Create, print, and ensure on time delivery of layouts, plans, punch books, etc. Identify labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents Prepare detailed reports or bids for submission to appropriate parties Compute costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements Create and maintain panel shop and job site scheduling Other duties as assigned Hours- M-F 8:00-4:30 (flexible) Wage/salary- $55k - $75k DOE Benefits include- -Health and dental insurance -Vacation time -Paid holidays -401k retirement plan -Weekly pay Education/Experience High school diploma or equivalent Construction Management degree or equivalent experience Valid US driver's license Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Excellent attention to detail Ability to analyze data sets and clearly communicate findings Knowledge of software such as Excel, PlanSwift, Procore, AutoCad, etc. Well-organized and reliable
