RN-Nursing Supervisor 3pm-11:15pm Part Time Opportunities Available-Flexible Scheduling to fit your life! Maria Regina Residence, located in Brentwood, NY, is seeking a self-motivated, outgoing and team-oriented Registered Nurse for a Full Time Nurse Supervisor position on the 3pm-11:15pm shift. This is an exciting position and key clinical management role, providing leadership, staff support and interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure that standards of quality care are achieved on a consistent basis. Some of your daily tasks as RN Supervisor include overall responsibility for the coordination and administration of nursing services during the Evening shift including supervising the delivery of clinical care, providing staff support, conducting investigations and audits as needed, and monitoring overall compliance with Maria Regina's policies, procedures, standards and regulations. Required Qualifications: New York State RN license Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related area preferred Previous experience as an RN in a skilled nursing, assisted living or post-acute setting Previous experience as an RN Supervisor, Manager or Charge Nurse preferred Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 Competitive compensation, professional work environment along with an opportunity to serve in a key leadership role essential to the residents' health and wellbeing.
