Primary Responsibilities Process 401k fees via system deductions and invoices to clients Process payments to advisors and 3(38) fund managers Set up billing for new 401(k) clients and process final fees for terminating plans Send past due notices to clients per A/R schedule Maintain invoices and quarterly fee data via excel spreadsheets (including various calculations within) Minimum Requirements Must be highly proficient in Excel formulas; pivot tables; VLOOKUP, etc. Excellent attention to detail Highly motivated, reliable and able to work independently Excellent communication skills, both verb al and written Strong problem- solving skills Exceptional organization abilities Position: This is a full time position isolved is an equal opportunity employer.
