Summary This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources Department and interacts with multiple levels of employees and departments as needed. This role is located in Superior Township, MI and reports to the Human Resources Manager. Responsibilities will include performing a wide variety of administrative duties including report preparation, data compilation, keeping records, reconciling invoices and bills. Essential Duties and Responsibilities, including but not limited to: Gathers information and assists with preparation of reports. Develop, maintain, analyze and/or assist with various human resources activities and procedures. Manage all staff list and weekly headcount. Maintain organization charts. Respond to requests for verifications of employment. Conduct new hire on boarding and orientation. Maintain and update files as needed. Support internal auditing of files and human resource processes. Perform administrative functions such as purchasing requests, timecard, vacation requests, travel requests, etc. Qualifications and Requirements Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate integrity and ethical behavior Ability to adapt to rapidly changing business requirements Flexible, organized and able to work effectively with all levels of employees Education and Experience Associates degree in Business, Human Resources, related field, or equivalent work experience. Required Skills Proficient skills in MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Proficient time management and organization skills Proficient self-management skills Proficient oral and written communication skills Physical Demands and Work Environment Office Environment - no specific or unusual physical or environmental demands.
