We have the position for you!Join Community Services Group (CSG) , a Certified B Corporation, as an Assistant Program Director for our New Mental Health (MH) Treatment Adolescent Residential Treatment Facility (RTF) Program in Manheim, PA and find meaning in your work every day. Hiring immediately for this position.CSG is offering a $1,500 Sign-On-Bonus for this position. The $1,500 will be paid at the successful completion of the 6-month evaluation period. This position offers: Starting salary $60,000/yr. Salary is negotiable based on relevant experience. An opportunity to work at a site based location with consistent and stable hours. Full-Time (40 hrs./wk.) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 1 PM to 9 PM, on-call rotation, program coverage as needed. Health Insurance available on the 1st day of employment. About the Program: The Residential Treatment Facility program is 24/7/365 and designed for adolescents ages 14 to 18 years old whose needs cannot be met in a lower level of care or in their primary home and community settings. The program will have space and resources for eight (8) adolescents. Evaluation, assessment and evidence based programming will be offered to stabilize and improve functioning. Individual and family therapy, psychiatric monitoring, educational groups and family and community engagement opportunities will be provided as interventions in the program. Treatment is individualized and builds on adolescent and family strengths, as well as principles of recovery and resiliency and trauma-informed care. The participation of families and other identified community supports is required throughout treatment. About the Position: As an Assistant Program Director , you will perform professional work assisting in the supervision of the Adolescent Residential Treatment Facility (RTF) program and location operation at the direction of the program director and in the absence of the program director. You will also: Assist Program Director with general program management. Monitor program and staff compliance to all company policies and procedures and all regulatory standards. Be responsible for the supervision and employment decisions during the life cycle of their team members. Serve as a Mental Health Professional (MHP) and participates in treatment team meetings as assigned. Provide individual, family and group therapy. Maintain 24/7 availability with the Program Director and Clinical Supervisor to the program staff so emergencies may be minimized and care may be constant and effective. Develop educational and training materials, present educational materials on various aspects of the program, and provide technical assistance to staff. Ensure the development and implementation of individual program plans and activities. Review financial documentation/billing and perform on-site audits of adolescents' funds and petty cash funds. Ensure that location is safe, comfortable, and well-maintained. Serve as team leader for staff interdisciplinary/multidisciplinary team meetings. Direct and ensure effectiveness of program's daily operations including incident management. Fulfill duties and responsibilities of the Program Director in a temporary acting capacity in the absence of Program Director. Transport adolescents in company vehicles for meetings, appointments, or community activities. Assist in the development of data collection methods to report and monitor program activities, analyze data to determine if the activities provided are meeting program goals. Rotate supervisory coverage for after-hours, weekends, and holidays with the Program Director and Clinical Supervisor. Respond to emergency situations and provide leadership. Provide coverage in emergency situations and as assigned. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: A master's degree from an accredited college or university, licensure preferred (LCSW, LSW, LPC) or, at minimum, a graduate mental health degree. At least one year of experience in the behavioral health delivery system. Able to work flexible hours as needed. A valid driver's license, good driving record, and access to a reliable vehicle to attend trainings and meetings. Able to travel to trainings/meetings upon request of the Program Director. Able to drive passenger vans and accompany adolescents into the community and provide support and assistance in interactions in the community while maintaining sensitivity to the rights and dignity of the individual.
