Attention to detail and clinical experience will help you to evaluate and identify changes in our residents conditions and initiate appropriate steps. Responsible for compliance with Medicare and Medicaid programs. What you need as a Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator (RNAC) Licensed as an RN Previous experience in a long term care facility Previous MDS experience About our parent company Guardian Healthcare Guardian Healthcare is both our name and our philosophy.
