One Vision is seeking to hire Full- Time, Remote Support Professional (RSP's) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in our Tech- Enabled Service homes from a remote workstation in Clear Lake, Iowa. (Not a work from home position.) Our full-time Remote Support Professional's earn a competitive compensation package including a sign-on bonus and referral bonus program after hire. Our Remote Support Professionals work on our Tech Services team to remotely support adults to improve their safety, independence, and quality of life. This will reduce the need for direct care staff, helping individuals enjoy privacy and independence in their homes and communities. Each day the Remote Support Professional monitors individuals through a monitoring platform that uses video, two-way communication, sensors, wearable devices, and other technology that increases the individual's independence. QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma/GED required. Proficient Computer Skills. (Microsoft applications) Knowledge in wide range of technologies, including Communications. Professional written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable handling emergency situations. Ability to identify and understand the sense of urgency of individuals supported and document solutions within software platforms.
