As our full-time Director of Facilities - Facilities Manager , you will have the opportunity to develop and execute renovation and maintenance projects. You'll enjoy a flexible schedule that is mainly Monday through Friday from 7 am to 4 pm or 8 am to 5 pm.We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $90,000 /year and excellent benefits , including a 401(k), health, dental, medical, life insurance, an employee assistance program (EAP), long-term disability, vacation, a health savings account (HSA), paid time off (PTO), and discounts at hotels managed by Western States. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A DIRECTOR OF FACILITIES - FACILITIES MANAGER As our new Director of Facilities, you have the important responsibility of ensuring that our building systems are running smoothly. You go out and help general managers and property maintenance workers at our different locations. Whether it's a renovation, property maintenance, or the occasional new construction, you provide oversight and support. You travel around Utah on a regular basis, and you enjoy traveling outside of the state around once a month! You get to visit every single one of our locations throughout the U.S. at least once a year.Organized and efficient, you complete paperwork and attend meetings as needed. In order to keep our facilities up to brand standards, you keep yourself familiar with our brands (Hilton, Hampton, etc). You have a blast interacting with our employees, sharing your knowledge, and learning new things. You love having a job where you feel both needed and valued! QUALIFICATIONS FOR A DIRECTOR OF FACILITIES - FACILITIES MANAGER Good, solid maintenance experience An outgoing and kind personality Experience as a Facilities Manager is very preferred.
