Wearwell has an opportunity on 2nd shift for a Machine Operator to support our manufacturing operations Monday through Friday 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. R ESPONSIBILITIES Set-up machine cutting equipment and run production jobs that meet and/or exceed established production and quality standards. Log labor and material used in the production of product. Able to work overtime or weekends if required. Adhere to safety policies and procedure; maintain a clean and hazard free work area. May cross train for other job areas/roles. React positively to change Perform other duties as requested. QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent and/or equivalent education, training, or experience in job-related activities. Ability to read and understand English. Knowledgeable of computer operations. Demonstrate effective team and interpersonal skills. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced production environment. Willingness to cross-train in other functional areas. Good attention to detail and quality. Reliable attendance is a must.
