Seeking a Specialized Product Specialist to support Initiatives on our Monitoring Product Line We aren't kidding when we say our products' reputation precedes them, ask around. Currently we are seeking a high performing Product Specialist professional to be an expert on our Monitoring Product Line. Are you our next Product Specialist? Unlike other monitoring products in our industry, we are truly focused on mold performance, mold health, preventative maintenance, and production. How does this make us stand apart from the competition? Most other systems focus on process or overall ERP systems, which simply are unable to provide the level of detail that we can. Our system is flexible, adding value with the ability to share data across all levels of the organization. Data can be as granular as a single shot on a specific tool or high-level - providing a global perspective of performance. Below are the current responsibilities of the role: Work as the main point of contact for support in the Monitoring product line. Provides Monitoring Account management and sales support by leading direct pre- and post-sale efforts to new and existing Monitoring customers and present technical product trainings to customers. Utilizes CRM, Monitoring software (ProFile) and project management skills to manage account setup, training, and site maintenance. Responsible for all aspects of CRM cases and incident reports. Subject matter expert for CVe and software hardware functionality, configuration, and setup. Responsibilities: Develop, maintain and manage the Monitoring document guides, presentations and videos for customer training and reference documents. Lead the System Monitoring implementations. Act as the primary contact to customers to communicate and coordinate delivery, installation, and training. Act as the account manager to manage subscriptions and annual renewals along with managing help desk requests. Assist with new sales opportunities for OEMs, Molders, and Mold Builders to increase Progressive Components market customer base thru maintaining the Opportunity pipeline in CRM and provide reporting for sales forecasting. Master the company Monitoring products and identify development of proposals to address sales needs. Initiates follow-up actions by documenting sales leads. Requirements: Bachelor's degree preferred. 5+ years' experience developing training PowerPoint and Word materials and presenting to customers. 5+ years' experience leading and executing technical projects. Experience with inside sales and account management while working in a CRM system. Must have excellent written and verbal communication. Strong customer communication skills required. MS Office skills are a must.
