OUR OPPORTUNITY: Valor Contracting is currently looking for a skilled, experienced Concrete Crew Member to join our group. As a Concrete Crew Member for our company, you would be responsible for: Setting forms including stakes, edge forms, wall forms Grading base materials and placing rebar Placing wet concrete Finishing concrete to various specifications Additional duties as assigned To excel in this role, an individual will need to: Be able to stay later into the evening to properly finish floors Have previous experience on construction jobsites Have forklift operation experience (preferred, not required) Be familiar with hand-held tools and equipment Have reliable transportation to and from the jobsite Enjoy working outside, in all weather conditions Be able to lift and carry 50-75 pounds Be responsible, accountable, dedicated, punctual, professional and dependable OUR BENEFITS: In addition to great co-workers, we offer full-time team members: Competitive wages based on experience 401K retirement plan with company match Health, Dental, and Vision insurance plans, with employer premium contributions Health Savings Account (HSA) Paid Time Off (PTO) To learn more about our organization, visit our company website: www.buildwithvalor.com Valor Contracting is an EEO/Affirmative Action/Veteran friendly employer.
