DAY TO DAY AS A HEALTH AND WELLNESS ADVOCATE - CASE MANAGER As an entry-level Health and Wellness Advocate - Case Manager, you're always friendly and understanding with everyone when you chat with patients about their health status, letting them know what solutions we've got for them. Whenever a new patient joins our clinic, you're there to give them a thorough consultation to figure out what they need. You talk to all our patients, new and current, about their treatment plans and give them encouragement to stick to their appointments. Not only are you a natural at selling, but you're also great at handling touchy topics like payment. You always talk to clients with respect and empathy, while also making sure they meet their financial obligations. When we meet with patients, we look at the whole person, which means taking chemistry, emotions, and physical conditions into consideration.
