CH Thompson is hiring for a Customer Service Specialist! ABOUT THE JOB: Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone and email Provide information about our services Resolve order issues and/or concerns Document and update customer records based on interactions Work with management team to confirm lead and delivery times Schedule customer pickups and deliveries Inform customers of delivery delays prior to promised date Use system to track order progress SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday from 7:00am-4:00pm MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields Ability to build rapport with clients Ability to prioritize and multitask Positive and professional demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills BENEFITS SUMMARY: Paid weekly Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Plan 401k Match Paid Holidays Paid Time Off Company Paid Life Insurance Policy FREE fountain soda machine on-site!!* About Us: C.H.
