Resident Care Assistant (RCA) will act as a universal worker engaging residents in activities, performing light housekeeping, and assisting residents with activities of daily living in the most respectful and compassionate way possible. Essential Functions of the Resident Care Assistant (RCA) : Assists residents with activities of daily living (ADL's) including, but not limited to assisting with meals as needed, assisting in bathing by washing and drying areas of the body that are difficult to reach, assisting in toileting, assisting residents with oral hygiene, etc. Mease Life is a beautiful Life Plan Retirement Community located in Downtown Dunedin. Mease Life will make a discretionary matching contribution equal to 50% of each dollar you contribute to the 401K, up to 6% of your compensation. Part-time Part-time employees working a minimum of 20 hours per week are eligible for a variety of benefits including pet and legal shield insurance, as well as Paid Time Off.
