Starry Associates, Inc. is seeking an IT Project Manager to join our team and support our client in Bethesda, MD. If you are looking to work with a rapidly growing, people-focused organization, please review the below position description. This will be a hybrid position requiring 2-3 days on-site in Bethesda, Maryland. The candidate will be required to obtain a Public Trust clearance prior to beginning work. Position Responsibilities Plans, coordinates, and manages all aspects of assigned IT projects Oversees the development of testing strategies, plans, and scenarios Manages all phases of the project including planning, initiation, execution, monitoring, control and closing Leads and coordinates efforts with other Federal Employees (Service Director) and Contractors Uses standard enterprise project management processes, tools, and techniques; manages project scope, cost and time, and risk; and assures through communications, and providing quality deliverables Supports the IT Senior Program Manager on new initiatives (ETSNext- GSA travel management system modernization ). Required Qualifications Past experience managing highly complex and highly visible IT projects Project Manager Professional (PMP) Certification, preferred Experience with SalesForce and OneView, preferred Strong analytical, organization and administrative skills Verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Education BA/BS degree required Clearance In order to obtain required security clearance, candidate must be a US citizen or have resided in the US for the past 3 consecutive years.
