Local Commercial HVAC and Refrigeration company in Central Massachusetts is hiring! We provide HVAC/R service and installation to business owners and property managers throughout Massachusetts. We have an immediate opening for a license HVAC/R Install Lead / Foreman Job Title: Refrigeration & HVAC Installation Lead / Foreman Location: Middlesex County, MA. Compensation : $40.00 - $45.00 per hour, depending on experience Benefits: 100% paid health insurance for employee Dental, vision and prescription coverage Life Insurance, AD&D and long-term disability Retirement plan with company matching Paid vacation, sick pay, and holidays Company vehicle with gas card, uniform, phone, and tablet Education reimbursement Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Directs and oversees the work of Apprentices Overseeing all aspects of install Installing a wide variety of HVAC systems in commercial settings Heat pumps, split systems, mini-splits, walk-in & reach-in coolers / freezers, walk-in boxes, ice machines and other refrigeration and HVAC systems and equipment Duct work and ventilations systems Refrigerant pipe Gas pipe Serves as Lead Technical resource on assigned projects Reports on job status and performance Ensures safe work practices and ensure compliance with Safety policies. Job Requirements: High school diploma, GED, or completion from trade program or technical school 5+ years of experience in refrigeration & HVAC. EPA Universal Certification MA Sheet Metal License Experienced in installing a wide variety of HVAC & refrigeration systems and equipment Lead refrigeration installation experience Training and providing instruction to apprentices Reading and understand blueprints and job plans Ability to manage time, delegate assignments and follow through to ensure good results. Ability to use computer tools including E-Mail, Word, Project Planning Software, etc. Schedule: 40 hours per week + available overtime Monday through Friday Education: High school diploma or equivalent HVAC trade school / vacation school Certifications: EPA Universal MA Sheet Metal License desired MA Refrigerant Licenses desired lead installer, install jobs, hvac install, journeyman installer
