Our Relationship Bankers are the front line associates who will greet and serve our client's basic banking needs including: Handles customer(s) requests for account openings, closings and responds to a wide variety of other customer service functions based on the needs of customers. Works closely with other personnel to develop existing and prospective customer relationships. Refers customers to appropriate person or department for services outside area of responsibility. Processes daily bank transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashing checks, money orders/cashier checks. This is a full time, hourly position. Schedule may depend on location's needs, but will be within normal bank operating hours. The Ideal candidate will possess: A passion for customer service Excellent Communication Enjoys working with the public High level of integrity Attention to detail Empathetic nature The ability to work quickly and change priorities/tasks with little notice General computer skills and ability to learn new technology The ability speak Spanish with customers is a plus!!! Requirements: A high school diploma or GED is required.The ability to pass a pre-employment criminal and credit check background screening.
