ConvergePoint is seeking an experienced and dedicated Corporate Recruiter to join our team in Houston. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hiring for SaaS or corporate roles, specifically in Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and Customer Success. This role requires someone who is adept at using an Applicant Tracking System and is willing to work from our office.Role: Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies for senior leadership roles in Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product Management, and Software Implementation (excluding developers or other technical roles) Utilize Top Grading methodologies and personality assessments for candidate screening and shortlisting Attract and hire high-performing team members with an emphasis on company culture and core values Manage candidate progress and communication using an Applicant Tracking System Oversee remote recruiting teams as necessary Requirements: Bachelor's degree in an HR-related field Minimum of 3 years of talent acquisition experience Experience working in the software industry, specifically in hiring Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success roles for SaaS companies Experience with scaling startups is a plus Self-driven, able to take ownership and drive change in the organization Exceptional attention to detail Proficient in using social media and other channels to increase brand awareness Strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices and processes Ability to leverage technical and behavioral assessments for candidate selection Familiarity with Top Grading or other recruiting methodologies Experience hiring based on culture and core values Expertise in using an Applicant Tracking System for managing the hiring lifecycle Tech-savvy with the ability to adopt new technologies quickly Experience implementing performance metrics within an organization Proven track record of creating a fun, employee-centric workplace Benefits: Competitive base salary Healthcare Benefits (Medical, Dental, and Vision) Paid Holidays and Paid Time Off 401(k) with excellent matching Fun and casual work environment About ConvergePoint: We are a software company based in Houston and the leading provider of compliance software solutions on Microsoft 365 SharePoint.
