Primary Job Function: In this role, you will provide customer service over a multi-line telephone, schedule field technicians, and manage service invoices and maintenance agreements. Maintain customer database with current information. Clear and concise communications with department managers, employees, and customers. Work Hours: 40 hours per week 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. Assist in managing daily technician load. Assure 100 % customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate customer account information. Respond to customer emails. Communicate with management regularly to resolve questions, concerns, or issues. Back up dispatch as needed. Required Qualifications: Advanced customer service skills. Ability to multi-task proficiently. Well Organized. Excellent Phone Presence. Geographical Knowledge of service area.
