Currently, we're looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our team! This is a great opportunity for anyone interested in a long-term career position with a company, which is more like family! Position Summary: This technician will provide maintenance and repairs on residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards and will provide the customer with a high-quality experience. Five+ years of experience is preferred with a strong proficiency in diagnostics as well as the ability to provide solutions to problems diagnosed and implement them successfully. In addition to technical proficiency, desired skills include efficiency, excellent customer service, good documentation, and a team player mentality. Work Hours: 40+ hours per week, overtime as required Pay: $70,000-$100,000 DOE Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, Company Match, PTO, Paid Holidays, Company Vehicle, Phone, and Uniform, Aflac, Paid Tools Program Required Qualifications: Valid driver's license 3+ years' experience Demonstrate a willingness to invest in tools used in the service of HVAC equipment Demonstrate the willingness to invest time in service training seminars and classes Work from a 28' extension ladder and a 12' step ladder Ability to operate power and hand tools safely Enroll in HVAC technical school and/or in-house training programs Ability to follow written and verbal directions as given Demonstrate commitment to developing customer service skills EPA certification Demonstrate mechanical aptitude Insurable driving record Desired Qualifications: HVAC Tech School certificate Condensate repair Gastite/Tracpipe certification Gas furnace diagnostics, repair, & venting NATE Core Certification & 1 discipline Schematic reading, comprehension, and application Heat pump electrical repair, refrigerant leak detection, and repair (brazing), oil heat maintenance and repair experienced service technician, service tech, journeyman technician, hvac service, ac, duct, boiler, service hvac jobs
