Our team works hard to make sure that all of our clients are satisfied with the quality of the work we do.We're currently looking for experienced HVAC service technicians to join our team! If you are looking for a career path and have a few years of experience in the field, apply today! Position Summary : To provide maintenance and repairs on a variety of residential heating and air conditioning systems; offering the customer a high-quality experience. Assist with training other service technicians. Work Hours : Typically 8:30 am-4:30 pm, with flexibility, Monday through Friday; some evenings as needed. Rotational on-call schedule every 3 weeks. Pay Scale: up to $90,000 per year depending on experience Why work at ESI Heating and Cooling? Geothermal, mini-split, and boiler experience a plus Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams Familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques Demonstrates willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles Experience repairing and replacing decisions
