In this challenging and rewarding role, the responsibilities include professionally representing the company with respect to the promotion and sale of Fire Alarm and Security Systems Installations and Inspections to contractors and end-user customers. This position provides a car allowance, base salary, generous commission, and excellent work/life balance. Responsibilities Develop a sales strategy to gain customer understanding of company product offerings Generate and maintain pipeline for Copp business Conduct and/or participate in seminars, demonstrations, tradeshows, etc., to generate, develop, and qualify leads for prospective customers. Develop financial justifications, prepare proposals, make presentations, and perform necessary follow-up for the successful sale closing. Deliver sales against an assigned quota. Maintain established accounts as an Account Representative through regular customer contact in pursuit of follow-up on sales. Report progress and supply metrics to operation and management teams on a weekly and monthly basis. Qualifications 2 years experience with Mid-Market/Enterprise Level sales 3+ years related experience 5+ years of quota carrying, outbound selling experience Highly motivated, organized and success-driven Self-disciplined and able to thrive in a fast paced professional environment Excellent oral and written communication skills and sales techniques Ability to persuade and close sales Preferred Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering or equivalent work experience Ability to quickly identify and qualify opportunities Experience working with electrical contractors, ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams desirable Computer experience (Microsoft programs preferred) Copp Systems offers an excellent benefits packaging including medical/vision/dental, flexible spending, 401k with company match, PTO, company paid life insurance, and a great place to work!
