Tanner Clinic has an immediate opening for an Assistant System Administrator.Location: Layton, UtahHours: Full-Time Monday-Friday Responsibilities: · Responsible for assisting with installation, administration, troubleshooting, and maintaining all aspects of the clinics Windows servers (Physical and Virtual) (VMware and RDP) and services.· Assist with Active Directory, DNS and DHCP services.· Assist with maintaining all required Veeam backup processes.· Identify, harden and resolve security threats and risks pertaining to PC's and servers.· Assist in maintaining LAN, WAN, and VPN connections as well as remote access solutions for the clinic.· Assist with PC and thin client imaging and updates.· Assist with help desk requests and maintain call log.· Repair, replace and troubleshoot computers, thin clients, printers, copiers, phones and other equipment.· Document and maintain a log of all system changes.· Other duties as assigned. Qualifications for Success: · A+ certified or two years of experience with computer hardware.· Experience with Windows 10, Windows 7, Microsoft Office, and Internet Explorer.· Two years of experience with IT support functions related to a wide variety of computer hardware, servers, and software, preferably in a healthcare environment.· Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred or 5+ years equivalent experience.
