Description:

We are currently hiring for energetic and inspirational Certified Personal Trainers to join our growing team. As a Certified Personal Trainer, you will be the ultimate provider of fitness, results, and an exceptional member experience. The Personal Trainer is responsible for developing and implementing customized training programs in order to assist members in achieving their fitness goals. Trainers motivate and inspire clients to get results by setting goals, creating customized workout plans and tracking progress. Trainers will take a proactive approach to client retention by developing solid relationships and serving each member beyond their expectations. Candidates must be knowledgeable with current fitness trends, exercise program design and safety practices. Must currently hold a nationally recognized personal training certification (ex. ACSM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, etc.) upon hire. Must work effectively with people of different backgrounds, abilities, opinions, and perceptions. Requires CPR/AED, First Aid and Healthy Lifestyles Principles in first 90 days of employment. Starting pay: $18-20/hr with additional pay incentives up to $28/hr based on client volume.
