Tanner Clinic has an immediate opening for an Assistant Network Administrator.Location: Layton, UtahHours: Full-Time Monday-Friday Responsibilities: · Assists with installing, administering, maintaining, and troubleshooting all clinic network and firewall services (hardware and software).· Troubleshoot and maintain LAN and WAN connectivity.· Troubleshoot and maintain VPN connections as well as Remote access solutions for the clinic.· Assist with PC and thin client imaging and updates.· Assist with system backup processes.· Identify and resolve security threats and risks regarding computer and network access (Firewall).· Repair, replace and troubleshoot computers, thin clients, printers, copiers, phones and other equipment.· Assist with help desk requests and maintain call log.· Document and maintain a log of all system changes.· Other duties as assigned. Qualifications for Success: · A+ certified or two years of experience with computer hardware.· Experience with Windows OS, Office365, and Internet Explorer.· Two years of experience with IT support functions related to a wide variety of computer hardware, servers, and software, preferably in a healthcare environment.· CompTIA A+ Certification, CompTIA Network+Certification, CompTIA Security+ Certification, MCSE or other related certifications or 5 years networking experience preferred.· Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred or 5+ year's equivalent experience.
