Payroll Specialist - Full-Time Opening *$1,500 Sign-On Bonus* Arc of Onondaga is looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Payroll Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining payroll database systems. This includes calculating, distributing, and documenting payroll. You will oversee the reconciliation of agency bank systems and will represent management in communications both inside and outside the Agency. You will also be responsible for ensuring financial and payroll information is maintained correctly and kept confidential. Job Requirements: Associates Degree in Finance or Accounting with 2 years of bookkeeping and/or accounting experience OR High School Diploma with 5 years' experience in this field Computer, administrative and communication skills to fulfill position requirements Combination of education and experience which, in the judgement of the employer, equals above standards.
