Registered Nurse (RN) Manager - Full Time Opportunity! NO WEEKENDS, NIGHTS OR HOLIDAYS **ELIGIBLE FOR BONUS OF UP TO $7,250** Arc of Onondaga is looking for a motivated leader to join our Nursing team as a Registered Nurse (RN) Manager. As the Registered Nurse Manager, you will oversee nursing and health-related services for Arc of Onondaga while directly supervising all agency RNs and LPNs. You will develop and implement nursing policies and regulations, ensuring the quality of services administered by agency RNs and LPNs. You will also provide healthcare related support as needed to all departments at Arc of Onondaga that do not have nursing services. Job Requirements: Licensed and currently registered as a Registered Professional Nurse by the New York State Department of Education. Minimum 5 years' experience as a Registered Nurse (RN). Minimum of 2 years' supervisory experience. Experience in nurse education will be considered in lieu of supervisory experience. Experience in the field of OPWDD and Managed Care environment preferred. A valid NYS driver's license and a driving record acceptable to the agency's insurance carrier.
