Position Overview: To provide annual maintenance, and clean & checks on a wide variety of light commercial heating and air conditioning systems; offering the customer a high-quality experience. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Pass background check Valid driver's license and insurable driving record 1 year + experience performing annual maintenance & clean and checks, or combination of education and experience EPA Universal Certification Experienced performing maintenance for light commercial equipment Read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints Ability to consult on customer complaints and give solutions that are beneficial for customer Excellent customer service skills Organized with the ability to work independently Goal oriented and sales driven Proficient using tablet / computer for work orders, parts, timecards etc. Willingness to invest time in training seminars, classes and obtaining industry certifications / licenses. We have an excellent education reimbursement program! Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices Familiar with air balancing principles and techniques Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
