BULL MOOSE TUBE COMPANY , a progressive organization dedicated to meeting our customer's perception of quality, has a career opportunity for an Electrical Maintenance Mechanic with a strong electrical and general mechanical background at our Masury, Ohio manufacturing site. Prior production experience in an industrial manufacturing environment is desired. Excellent benefits and compensation are available. DUTIES The successful candidate must be able to: handle multiple tasks, communicate effectively, make sound fact-based decisions, and work well in a team-based environment. QUALIFICATIONS This multitasking position is a great career opportunity for a highly motivated candidate with the following background: * Must be skilled as an industrial mechanic. * Should be familiar with PLC's, motor controls, sensors, limit switches and electro/mechanical systems, and 3-phase 480vt equipment. * Should have strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities, and welding experience is considered a plus. * Apply electrical theory to test and troubleshoot machinery and heavy equipment (i.e., DC Drives, ladder logic, PLC programming, and SCR Controls), * Diagnose and correct electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic malfunctions, * Plan, direct, and record maintenance standards; recommend or initiate or replacement of faulty equipment. Academic credentials or equivalent experience at the technical degree level (2 years) are preferred. Excellent benefits and compensation are available.
