You will maintain all of Fox Pest Control's hardware and software of information technology systems through face-to-face, phone, and ticket system communications. This position is Monday through Friday between the hours of 6:00 AM and 7:00 PM, and the occasional Saturday will be required (on-call or in-office basis), with eligibility to work some remote days after a three-month probationary period. ** CompTIA A+ Certification required within 6 months of hire** Who is Fox? Taking support tickets as a team and supporting one another is what this position is all about. As a level II, you will regularly train other support staff and encourage them to develop their skills. Special projects will be assigned by the Support Manager regularly to enhance learning, gather and analyze data, improve processes, and build team relationships. Being reliable, coachable, taking initiative, and having a great attitude will set you up for success in this position. What is Needed to be Successful?
