Strata-G Solutions is hiring a Project Manager for our facility in Huntsville, AL. Strata-G believes there are significant benefits to adopting flexible work options for our employees and has implemented an Adaptive Work Schedule. *Sign-on bonus eligible* Job Requirements: The Project Manager will join a team supporting customers to include the Soldier Unmanned Aircraft System (SUAS) Project Office, U.S. Army, and potentially other customers. This position will be responsible for either or both non-recurring engineering and manufacturing-based projects. This Project Manager will oversee a group of multi-level personnel and will oversee financial operations, schedules, and resource requirements for multiple concurrent projects. Will function as the primary project interface to the customer to ensure the overall contractual commitments are met. Provides progress report updates to upper management. The Project Manager will also communicate project budgets, schedules, and requirements to their teams. Will also coordinate project planning and tracking with functional managers for successful project execution within corporate goals. Responsibilities: Capability to develop and adhere to master plans and schedules. Ability to manage communications with stakeholders through organized processes to ensure that program information is managed in a manner that effectively meets program and stakeholder needs. Demonstrate energy and commitment to meeting customer needs. Actively seeks new business opportunities by utilizing an existing network and growing that network Guide program team and support functions on how to take action to satisfy customer expectations. Lead and directed cross-functional Integrated Program Teams (IPT) to communicate program cost, schedule, and technical performance objectives for a developmental program leading to prototype and production. Adhere to all internal processes, policies, and applicable industry standards. Conduct risk and opportunity management practices including identification, mitigation, and realization. Must perform duties necessary for maintaining the company's AS-9100/AS9110 certifications Experienced user of Microsoft Excel, Project, Word, and PowerPoint Qualifications: Eight (8) years of experience leading project teams on multiple concurrent projects Experienced in proposal development and/or contract technical evaluation for the USG Desired to have knowledge and experience in multiple manufacturing disciplines (electrical, mechanical, composites) PMP certification is highly desired if not DAWIA certified, but not necessarily a requirement depending on the culmination of the applicant's experience and training. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Project. Education/Experience: BS/BA in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field and eight (8) years of project management experience. Work Location: Strata-G HQ, 2901 Wall Triana HWY, Huntsville, AL 35824 Clearance: Must be eligible for and able to maintain a Secret Clearance. An Active Secret Clearance is preferred.
