Neil Slattery Plumbing, Heating, & Cooling is currently hiring for a full-time Dispatch / Customer Service Representative to help keep our office running smoothly and our services scheduled, and technicians dispatched in the Farmingdale, NJ area. This full-time HVAC and plumbing dispatcher and customer care position earns a competitive pay of $18 - $22 an hour depending on experience. DAY-TO-DAY As our Dispatch / Customer Service Representative, you take the lead when it comes to seamless office operations and making satisfied customers. Each day, you interact with customers to make sure their HVAC and plumbing issues are identified, and our technicians and services are scheduled and dispatched. Further, your positive and personable demeanor allows you to stay calm, cool, and collected even when issues and concerns arise. You handle everything with patience and professionalism, so you can focus on answering questions and finding viable solutions. Further, you maintain open lines of communication with our customers to keep them up to date with their services, and you even assist technicians when needed. A clean and tidy workspace allows you to focus on customers and your responsibilities as a dispatcher. Ultimately, we rely on your knowledge, expertise, and strong work ethic to ensure the success of our company and the overall satisfaction of our customers!
