PROPERTY MANAGER HOUSEKEEPING PROFESSIONAL: Experience in the following areas invited to apply: housekeeping, cleaning, maid service, cleaner, room attendant, custodian, housekeeper, housekeeping attendant, house person, vacation rental, laundry or property manager. Seaside Vacation Homes , located in Seaside, OR , is in search of part-time and full-time Property Manager Housekeepers to help us care for the 44 homes and condos in our rental program. Our properties are cleaner than the competition, and we focus on running a program that emphasizes accountability, consistency, and precision. If that sounds good, please keep reading!With flexible scheduling, our office hours are 9:30 am-6 pm . With most of our part-time staff working 10 am-3 pm . Pay varies between hourly and piece work depending on the schedule. Pay starts at $32,000 while in Training and $38,000 + Summer Bonuses ($21.60/hr) for Experienced Staff .
