Your Mission On the phone: You will leverage your exceptional skillset to change the lives of the Pyx Health users. You are a maven on the phone with a unique ability to get members excited about the amazing services Pyx Health has to offer to combat the effects of loneliness. As a team player: Foster and develop strong communication skills, decision-making, problem solving, and encouraging personality. How You will Do It On a day-to-day basis, you will be the voice of Pyx Health with our members . Your every interaction by phone will define whether our members' experience is life changing . Your goal each day will be to enroll members who will use the Pyx Health application and benefit from interactions with the Andy's to improve on their wellness journey. At this stage in our growth, our processes are constantly changing. Pyx's Enrol l ment specialist role will demand flexibility and the ability to adapt as our processes change. You have a unique opportunity to think outside the box and have a strategic influence on how we engage our users and improve adoption. Whether It is Right for You Everything we do is connected, but we each have different roles. That means we need you to be flexible and very detail oriented. We are rapidly growing . All hands and minds are needed. This is a full-time , hourly , non-exempt position requiring flexibility and rotating weekend hours. You will need to have at least one year of experience in a customer-facing role. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred. Access to reliable Wi-Fi from home in order to accommodate any work from home needs. The Day to Day Complete outbound phone calls to targeted users to engage them and help them adopt the Pyx Health platform . Generate customer interest in the company's products or services Provide personalized customer service by responding to the needs of customers Document and report on customer feedback to improve the customer experience Manage and update customer databases with notes for each custome r. Enga ge with our customers to answer questions and solve problems related to the Pyx Health app. Identify and escalate priority issues and route calls to appropriate resource . Demonstrate empathy with our users who are on a healthcare journey. Gather user feedback and disseminat e amongst the team. Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets . Meet establish ed call volume quotas daily. Work at home employees are required to establish a designated home workspace. The workspace must be a location free from any background noise or distractions such as, but not limited to, people, pets, traffic, or music. The Right Stuff We Hear You Smiling . You answer the phone with a smile, ready to handle whatever the customer needs. Speed . You are a quick starter and can jump into new environments without much ramp up. Calm Under Pressure . You leverage your array of talents by calmly defusing difficult situation s and speaking with customers that are looking for a trusted friend. Operational Detail . You understand the importance of following a process and checking your work to ensure it is complete and correct. Skills and Knowledge Previous experience in a customer support role Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening Familiarity with CRM systems and practices Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively Strong communication, both written and verbal Great active listening skills Exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills A patient and empathetic attitude Strong time management and organizational skills Adaptability and flexibility Comfortable working in fast-paced environments Troubleshooting skills, either basic or advanced, depending on the role and industry Bi-lingual is a plus
