Willbrook Solutions, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer EOE AA M/F/Vet/Disability Job Requisition Number: 2859595 Job Title: Production Test Lead Labor Location: Huntsville, AL JOB DESCRIPTION: Willbrook Solutions is looking for an amazingly talented Production Test Lead to join our team! In this role you will get to provide engineering oversight and coordination for all aspects of contractor production of target systems built to support MDA test events. RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS: Oversee the Production and Test activities and report to MDA leadership on contractor progress on a weekly basis. Lead the program Production Testing IPTs Support program meetings such as IPRs, TPRs, MRBs, FRBs, PDRs, CDRs as engineering SME Lead Table Top reviews for ATPs, QTPs, Test Plans, Test Procedures documentation Coordinate onsite support of Program Office members at hardware test events REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: Active Secret Clearance and ability to maintain one Bachelors Degree in STEM field and 7+ years working on missile defense-related or other complex, large DoD program / project Experience integrating schedules from multiple sources, to build accurate combined planning tools presentable to senior management Work independently and/or leads sub-teams, applying engineering rigor to analyze and resolve problems Experience with Microsoft tools (e.g. MS Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint) Excellent oral and written communications PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: 5 years related experience with missile and space component/system design, test and evaluation Experience with Missile Defense Agency, Ballistic Missile Defense System, and/or Targets and Countermeasures (TC) Program Offices Capability to develop and present reports and presentations to senior management-level personnel Familiarity with acquisition and systems engineering processes Experience with Earned Value Management and related tools Technical proposal development and evaluation SECURITY REQUIREMENTS: Active Secret Clearance Required VACCINATION STATUS: The position may require a COVID-19 vaccination or an approved accommodation/exemption for a disability/medical condition or religious belief.
