Busy primary care office currently seeking Patient Service Representative candidates that enjoy a collaborative, patient-centered atmosphere in primary care practice supporting multiple providers. Responsibilities include referrals front desk duties, high volume phones, administrative support, customer service. Office is extended hours M-F 7AM - 7PM and Saturdays 9AM - 3:30PM. Our current opening is for a closing shift. Saturdays may be required.Requirements include: High school diploma. 1 year minimum primary care office experience; excellent verbal and written communication skills; computer experience including email, Word documents, electronic medical records; must be able to work within a team with focus on patient satisfaction. Bilingual a plus. A background check will be required. Full-time, benefits-eligible position. For consideration, send your resume to the response address in this ad.
