Description:
The Electrical Engineer position is responsible for the integration of innovative CNC controls for complex multi-spindle machine tools. This includes the design of supporting control hardware, software, integration of peripheral equipment (vision, robotics, etc.) and full implementation during the commissioning and installation phases of projects. This position requires Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering preferred. An Associates or technical degree with relevant experience may be considered for a strong candidate. At least 3-5 years of experience in the field of industrial automation and control. Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Knowledge of electrical standards for industrial machinery such as NFPA 79. Work Schedule This position requires a M-F first-shift work schedule. Travel is periodically needed.
