Come work for a growing company that serves more than 6,000 businesses and puts more than 26,000 people to work daily. #powerthepurple General Purpose: The Benefits Manager is responsible for supporting all aspects benefits administration for approximately 26,000 employees. This role will work with selected vendors to deliver exemplary service and innovative solutions. Additionally, this role will partner with other leaders and staff to develop and improve customer service. Actively and consistently supports and promotes the company mission, five key beliefs, and philosophies. Provide Superior Customer Service in all aspects of the job. Essential Functions: Manage all benefits for 1,000 internal staff across the United States. Perform as benefits liaison to approximately 25,000 temporary associates across the United States. Provide new employees with an explanation of benefits, coordinate annual open enrollment, and instruct employees on enrollment and fulfillment procedures. Manage COBRA, LOA, FMLA usage, and other requests as required by in-house regulations and legal requirements. Lead efforts for ACA compliance and regulatory reporting in coordination with corporate departments. Lead efforts for HIPAA compliance concerning records retention and service operations. Process disability claims, FMLA requests, National Medical Support Orders, and 401k plans. Solicit, track, receive, and process all insurance plan enrollments, changes, and terminations. Manage annual renewals and regulatory reporting and mailing. Reconcile benefit vendor bills monthly and collaborate with appropriate departments and insurance carriers to resolve discrepancies. Lead a team and c ollaborate with other corporate departments to implement changes with benefits or process improvements. Consult with field leadership and corporate sales teams on strategic plan offerings for associates. Work with Executive Committee and insurance broker to present business reviews, recommendations, and updates to programs and initiatives. Desired Skills & Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field. 5+ years of benefits administration experience. Experience in administering self-funded health plans, 401k plans, and ancillary benefits. Experience with Human Resource Management System software. Ability to work cross-functionally to proactively communicate and to resolve issues with the highest sense of urgency. Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
