A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FOOD PREP COOK As a Prep Cook on our food services team, you are an integral part of our culinary team that ensures the students receive high-quality, nutritious meals every day. Your day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in the preparation of meals, including chopping, dicing, and slicing ingredients, as well as assembling dishes. As someone new to the job, you can expect to receive training and guidance from our experienced culinary team. You work closely with them to learn the ins and outs of food preparation and service. You work alongside a dining services team of fun and energetic individuals who share your passion for cooking and food service. You love your job as a Prep Cook and excel in this fast-paced cooking environment! You are proud of the work you accomplish while cooking and love providing amazing customer service to our guests.
