Family Services is a non-profit organization that protects, heals and cares for children and families throughout Northeast Wisconsin. Family Services is strongly committed to protecting children and vulnerable individuals from abuse and exploitation. When traumatic situations occur, our staff is there to assist the individual or family with their journey of healing and recovery. Family Services cares for individuals who are isolated, abandoned or just need help developing the skills to live successfully. Our Residential Treatment Program is recruiting a full-time Cook/Food Service Specialist to work in our full service kitchen, serving youth ages 10-17 who are struggling due to serious mental, emotional, and behavioral challenges. The Food Services Specialist is responsible for the food preparation for the program in accordance within all applicable Federal, State, and County regulations as well as program/agency policies and procedures. Duties include: Meal preparation for approximately 20 people for breakfast, lunch and dinner, along with 2 snacks per day; Maintaining kitchen cleanliness; Occasional special event catering within the agency. Qualified applicants should have minimum of one year of experience working in the food service industry. The schedule for this position is on a two week rotation & will involve working every other weekend. Job Posted by ApplicantPro
