We are currently seeking a Seasonal Customer Service Specialist to join our team! WE PROVIDE YOU WITH: Fully remote position Full time, 40+ hours a week Assigned shift, based on business need, between the hours of 5am-5:30pm Monday-Sunday. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION Resolves customer questions and complaints with empathy Work with customers directly via phone, email, and live chat Order entry Educate our customers about product Data entry using Windows and cloud-based software Work-from-home requirements (quiet place to work and Internet speed above 40mbs) And other assigned duties SKILLS: Strong written communication Creative problem solving to create a great experience for the customer Ability to have authentic conversations with customers Team player Ability to work autonomously PERKS: Consistent schedule with two days off in a row Eligibility to receive a $5 pair of Danner boots after 60 days. 40% off Danner and LaCrosse products This position can range from Monday-Sunday.
