A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A JUNIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER As a Junior Graphic Designer, you bring your design expertise, inspiration, and discipline to all things marketing. Collaborating with our internal teams, you will own the creation and delivery of delightful digital assets to all functions of the company, including marketing, leadership, and sales. With a clear understanding of our brand identity and great attention to detail, you will design assets for social media campaigns, trade shows, webinars, and more. Including printed and digital flyers, digital ads, social posts, banners, games, fun promotional materials, images for webpages, and testing new ideas. As the owner of the graphic design piece of our marketing strategy you love the challenge of creating excellently crafted, on-brand deliverables and being a part of our company's growth. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A JUNIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly (Ai) Illustrator and (Ps) Photoshop. Comfort with (Xd) Experience Design and Acrobat is a plus. Ability to identify design patterns and replicate results. Ability to build a deep understanding of our brand identity and target audience Basic understanding of typography and the printing process. Exceptional eye for design with a strong curiosity to understand the needs of our teams, clients and prospects Understand and support the importance of an iterative design process with feedback from our teams.
