A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RESTAURANT MANAGER In this position, you lead the team members on shift, ensuring that our operations run smoothly. You create the schedule each week according to the availability of each employee. If anyone calls out, you find someone to cover the shift. Throughout the day, you oversee the staff, ensuring that every task is completed and that employees are happy and on time. You also watch over our customers, making sure that they are enjoying their Crush experience. Attentive to detail, you keep track of our inventory, supplies, deliveries, and register.
