Job Description The HR Generalist position is within the Human Resources department and is primarily responsible for all duties within benefits administration and management. Duties also include employee relations and other HR tasks. QUALIFICATIONS: Qualifications include but are not limited to: Manage and administer all benefit processes and policies FMLA, ADA, Leaves of Absences and Worker's Compensation experience and Record Keeping Comfortable with public speaking for New Hire Orientation and Open Enrollment presentations Serve as a liaison and troubleshoots between employees and plan administrators, advising employees of plan policies, procedures, and claims Provide education to employees on current or new benefits, policies, and programs Assist in strategizing, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies and benefits Partners with products groups to provide HR support Provides other human resources services as needed Must possess excellent interpersonal skills to effectively interact with persons inside and outside the company. Work under stress, meet deadlines, and handle multiple priorities. Requirements also include: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience 2+ Years' experience working with benefits SHRM - CP certification a plus Experience and familiarity with various HR laws, rules, and regulations as well as standard and best practices Maintain Confidentiality Team Player Experience working in UKG (UltiPro) Job Posted by ApplicantPro
