Requirements for Maintenance Workers: High school diploma. Experience with major building systems. Responsibilities for Maintenance Workers: Follow written work orders. Follow verbal instructions. Understand major building systems. Make repairs to facility equipment and fixtures. Follow preventative maintenance schedule. Maintain overall condition of building and grounds. Perform waste disposal procedures in accordance with facility policy. Attend in-service training programs.
